Mr. Lee King Loon is a director of Choizen Holdings Limited and its subsidiary, principally engaged in investment holding and the provision of corporate advisory services. He is also the director of Quantum Skylight Capital Sdn. Bhd., a licensed corporate finance advisory company. Mr. Lee is also the co-founder of Meridian Care Capital Berhad, a company specialising in investment holding in entities engaged in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry.
Mr. Lee has more than 28 years of extensive experience in accounting and corporate finance works including conducting financial due diligence reviews and valuations on large corporate clients and private equity firms.
He started his accountancy career with KPMG in 1992 and joined Crowe from the year 2000 to 2010 during which he was involved in (i) engagements as the reporting accountants for corporate exercises undertaken by the listed companies, (ii) conducting surprise audits on stockbroking firms pursuant to the requirements of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad, (iii) operational reviews on a fund management company for the purposes of reporting to the Securities Commission Malaysia and, (iv) providing independent advisory services to the shareholders of various public listed companies.
