Puan Nik Fazila brings with her wealth of experience both as a Board Member and an active member of the accounting and finance fraternity. She currently sits on the Boards of FGV Holdings Berhad and MSM Holdings Berhad. Prior to that, she was the Group Managing Director and Group Chief Financial Officer of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad. Puan Nik Fazila has also served as Chief Financial Officer in Biotropics Malaysia Berhad, a Khazanah Nasional Berhad investee company, and UDA Holdings Berhad. The early years of her career were in audit and business advisory services with Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1988 to 1998, following she went on to serve another 2 public listed companies namely Sapura Telecommunication Berhad and KUB Malaysia Berhad.
