Nurul Muhaniza Hanafi is currently the Managing Partner of of Messrs Abu Zahar Syed Mohd Fuad & Partners (Kelana Jaya). Her diverse expertise in property development, banking, litigation, and corporate law positioned her as a versatile legal professional. As the Managing Partner of Messrs Abu Zahar Syed Mohd Fuad & Partners (Kelana Jaya), Nurul seeks to protect her clients' interests and contributes to the evolution of the legal profession in Malaysia. In 2016 to 2018, she held the position of President for the Strata Management Tribunal under the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, focusing on alternative housing dispute resolutions. She serves the Selangor Bar Commitee since term 2014/2015 until current as the Chairperson for Conveyancing Practice Committee and Syariah & Bahasa Melayu Committee respectively. She periodically engages with the Selangor Land Office and other state agencies to resolve ever-revolving conveyancing issues and making her a known figure in the government and state agencies.
