Ms Tay Hui-Hui obtained a Diploma in Business from the Kolej Aman Batu Pahat in October 2009. Subsequently, she gained experience working for a local trading company and was responsible for handling accounting work and system documentation.
After that, she joined a local professional firm and was responsible for carrying out audit work and tax computation on private limited companies. Meanwhile, she also assists in secretarial works such as help clients to prepare company resolutions, minutes and other statutory documents.
Since May 2014, she is a member of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries (MACS) and a Certified Company Secretary.
From June 2014 to present, she joined G.K. Lye & Co. where she is involved in reviewing and performing audit job and corporate advisory services.
