He has over 25 years of working experience in audit and assurance services. He started his career with Deloitte, a Big 4 accounting firm in Malaysia. Prior to joining Kreston John & Gan, he was an Audit Partner with RSM Malaysia.
He specializes in auditing which includes the audit of numerous public listed companies and multi-national corporations engaged in various business activities such as plantation, property development, construction, manufacturing, hotel, timber, information technology and etc.
Apart from audit and assurance engagements, he has also extensively participated in multiple corporate exercises and special engagements including financial due diligence review, investigative audit, business valuation, and reporting accountant for IPO, reverse take-over, private debt securities, and other corporate restructuring exercises.
