I have never known that Crescendo also owns some valuable land near Bukit Chagar which is a short distance to Singapore until i notice it from the report. Those lands would be much sought after and appreciate in value whether at present or in the future.
2024 , 2025 and beyond would be another bumper harvest years for Crescendo with abounding sales of valuable properties especially those are strategically located in the Southern Johor. Just my opinion.

Judging from Oasis Residence strong demand from Singaporean, and recent 10% price hike for Oasis Residence, demand for Crescendo Condo should be in high demand too.
Crescendo condo project consists of 2 blocks of 48 storey tower in V-shape as shown in its Annual Report.
In music the word 'CRESCENDO" means gradually increase. I think the boss used this as a company name should have the same meaning. So, I expect the company's developments , revenues and profitabilities would gradually increase. But I am waiting for CRESCENDO to reach the "climax". Just my opinion.
What you say is true for many company, but based on this company’s track record, Less than a year already grow x4 the share price, not many company can do that while still giving out dividends.
Now is the general environment issue , funds went to China/HK because of the goverment there stimulating economy, while the Middle East tension is ongoing. Well I could be wrong but my bet is on the US want to solve this before election .
Few month ago same thing happen and this stock also go down, in the end it went back up so fast and stronger.
Sell if you want and cut ur losses or take profit if u bought much lower price , or you can have some faith on the company’s fundamental and growth .
Even without SEZ agreement , Crescendo would emerge as a winner in Johor where Crescendo has lots of precious properties . Most importantly, the majority of the properties are like "gold mines situated 'in the Southern Johor.

Crescendo also bought 57 acres around 10 to 12 years ago at total cost 32 million. Additional purchase around 120 acres at the same location will enhance value further. Now we know industrial land cost around 1.2 million to 1.3 million per acres. 57 acres will be around 72 million which give rise to 40 million revaluation surplus. Better still if the existing road to Port of Tanjung Pelapas can be upgraded to highway, then we will see more value to these industrial land.

Can buy at a lower price is another 'dividend' if one could afford. Most likely Crescendo will rebound sooner or later for such a solid fundamental stock. (Just my opinion)
Present price is too damn cheap if you consider all the Fundamentals. Operator is very smart, always push down the share tho with very good news for a couple of weeks. Then after shaking out weak holders, will suddenly push up the shares. After this, will again push down the share. A look at the Charts will show this pattern. CEO already said this year will be the BEST year for Crescendo. Hope will recover to RM 1.50, i.e. before the Share split and Dividend of 6 sen.
Bankers has entered the game now, absorbing chips according to analyst. Not sure when the reversal gonna be, right condition needs to happen before any reversal, but good thing is operators has entered last 2 days, meaning potentially they gonna pump again in near/far future depending on general environment of Malaysia stock market, no point pumping if whole market is bear, dumping money into the sea only
Crescendo is in bearish now, even break below 200 days moving average. Do remember, no matter how good the fundamental of a company is, once technical breaks the support, exit half. Do not average down, else will be trapped deeply
Now, pullback, before resuming Uptrend ? Hope will go to RM 1.50 , adjusted price after the 2 to 1 Split. Same owner with KMLoong, and if you notice, KMLoong is on Uptrend and gave further dividend of 5 sen. So hope in Dec when quarter results out, will give another big Dividend, maybe 6 sen again ??
Property developers are having record profit since last property boom. Paramount is riding this wave very well with 1.4 billion unbilled sales. Most of its properties are at the middle of ogive graph and give rise to highest sales to revenue conversion rate.

As for Crescendo, still waiting for payment for the last land deal. Profit from that land deal amounts to 7 sen per share. Couple with profit derived from normal business and rental income from its 17 factories in NCIP, profit for quarter ending Oct 2024 should not be less than 10 sen per share.
