Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Saitama University, Japan (1989) and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Bath, United Kingdom (1996).

She is the Chief Operating Officer of Technology Park Malaysia College Sdn. Bhd. (TPM College) since 2007. She joined TPM in 1997 as Venture Capital Manager. She was the Head of Finance-cum-Head of School of Business at TPM College Sdn. Bhd. from April 2000 to November 2003. She was the Head of Finance and Administration Department following her promotion as Senior Manager in 2004 and to General Manager in 2006. Prior to joining TPM, she was Senior Investment Analyst at Permodalan Nasional Berhad, which she joined as Investment Analyst in 1991 and was a production engineer with Sankyo Seiki (M) Sdn. Bhd. from 1989 to 1991.
