Mr Lock is currently the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), CMA China, which is part of CapitaMalls Asia Limited (“CMA”) (listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited). Prior to his appointment as CEO, CMA China, Mr Lock was the Chief Corporate Officer of CMA and was responsible for CMA's corporate support functions including corporate planning, human resources, legal and secretariat, corporate communications administration, as well as business processes and information technology. Mr Lock has more than 20 years of working experience in various capacities in the Singapore Civil Service, including his appointment as Director of the Criminal Investigation Department/Singapore Police Force and as the Commissioner of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Singapore. Mr Lock was also the Deputy Secretary (Industry & the Arts) at the Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts, Singapore.
