Ms Soh started her career with one of the then Big 5 international accounting firms and was a partner in one of the top 10 international accounting firms before she founded E H Soh & Partners in 2015.
She was appointed to the Board of Integrated Logistics Berhad (ILB) on 15 May 2018. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director, the Chairman/ Member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee of ILB. She was an Independent Non-Executive Director of SMRT Holdings Berhad from November 2017 until July 2020.
As a qualified accountant by profession, she carries with her more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance, corporate and financial advisory services to public listed corporations, multi-nationals and private companies. She gained enormous experience in IPO and merger & acquisitions, actively involved in corporate exercise, due diligence review, share valuation exercise etc. for companies in ASEAN, Greater China and even Europe.
