CFO resigned twice before and joined back same company for 3rd time. To "someone", resign does not mean leaving company entirely, it's just to show something that bring benefits to "own" best interest. Don't forget that CFO is CEO's spouse, so it's up to him to play around and perform wayang kulit show.

If you take a closer look into this company, the top management always carry out company restructuring since IPO period, lack of proper planning and CEO's trial and error approach caused failure after failure and put company in disaster.

Used to be a good company back in 2019/20 but things changed due to wrong investment decision made. Company can't afford to suffer huge losses which forced to close down batu kawan plant within 1 year of operation. Company performance is badly affected and CEO rating dropped tremendously.
