Ok.... analysis on AVAGO and all which is INARI main customer, Institutional is at the upper hand thus I believe they are selling now before anything get worst. And its okay to sell now for them as it is already profitable to them. They play wait n see now.

However Retailers is banking on future earning of INARI as we enter late. We haven't see their earning yet for FY 2015. This Nov 1st qtr will be released.

So to me Retailers who playing shorts... will be at loss. Its clearly institutional selling and Retailers panic at current situation.

Retail & Foreigners is buying now..... So now market is supported by Retailers & Foreigners.

If they also lose hope.... then we can see even steep drop in future.

CIMB TP is based on 2016 earning estimation. Long way to go. But If it all goes well, EPS for 2015 should reach 3.5 cent to 4 cent thus RM0.60 cent price is not overpriced.

EPF is acquiring back...... for the last 2 transaction.

But manufacturing data is stronger than ever now...... company with smartphones exposure will see strong double digit growth going forward.

Unless I see INARI earning and growth is hurt.... price drop is just temporary only.

But I think its just market sentiment...... Inari contract with AVAGO is USD denominated and as Dollar appreciated INARI poised to gain currency exchange profit from it.

So instead margin squeezed we can expect INARI earning will be higher.

I believe tomorrow market will realized and start buy back INARI at RM 2.80 range.

If tis is to depressed IS income, then it will be short term. 1 Years perhaps?

Yup there is no more oil revenue for Malaysia relatively. Only we have quite handful of good Oil n Gas company.

SKPetro is one of it.

However if foreign fund is selling its good for retailers like us. The way i see it SKPetro have a very good vision in tapping business for future growth.

Their overhead cost also consider low as most employee under SK is underpaid.

If SKPetro could venture overseas to produce oil it will be interesting to see.

But yes its based on current technology, as US oil giants might already developing a technology to extract Shale Gas/Oil at cheaper cost.

I don't know how people assume Shale Oil is very cheap? Nope........

And yes Saudi Aramco extraction cost per barrel is hovering at USD 10 per barrel as each reserves could produce 900,000 per barrel compared to Malaysia Biggest 135000 (Gumusut-Kikeh)

In mid term view... this company will definitely worth RM 1.50 range per share. (Mid term is 8 to 12 month)

Long term however is yet to see if its Peterborough & Borsig venture really contribute to company turnaround.

However yess USA Shale Oil reserves is 1.3 trillion compared to Saudi Crude Oil reserves of 300 bln.

US wont become energy independent yet in near future...

When price drop too much also its not economical to extract Shale Oil as extraction cost could fetch between USD 40 to 50 as compared to Arab Saudi cost of less than USD 10

During Bear breakout if your losses at 50% 60% its normal, it can always turn back green in less than 1 year.

Its draws back almost 10% from my everage..... which I'm considering to top-up when it cross 77.5cent.

What ever losses I experienced now is paper loss.... which we can always turn the tables in future.

I start to enter at RM 0.95 and it goes like roller coaster. During breakout on wednesday I top-up more at RM0.855.

Now its going down further and my next threshold is RM0.775.


My last threshold would be RM0.475 Where I will buy double what I bought during RM0.95.
