Actually its true... but not for short term investment. Anyone who hold Gpacket shall go for long term as TM will definitely turnaround its subsidiaries.

Only EPS report here is quite confusing compared to bloomber of 15 sen. Since IBHD will adopt dividend policy this year its interesting to see what is its price would be.

teveooikp I will say those bought WA and WC at 7 and below theoretically shall be safe. Those bought mother share at 13.5 and below should be safe.

Really interesting if its purely operation earning. If its only one-off then it will be less interesting.

However keep up analysis on hidden gem.... not many investor will do thorough analysis on each counter really need a lot of analysis contributor coming from investor itself than investment banking.

After collect money from LR... there is no need to support price anymore haha....

If my prediction is true... it will go down after 30 sept. However if its going up means that director very generous to support minority shareholder who subscript to ICULS. So they can convert very fast.

If i'm not mistaken 600mil ICULS share is only for minority shareholder via Sumurwang right?

This company remind me of Malaysia 98 crisis. After crisis very careful in spending and once come out in back again never ever show red result for 12 years already.

Its supposed to raised fund to facilitate company future project/development.

I think they foresee already market wont 100% subscribe 600 million LR shares.

Profit from selling LR in open market can be used by them to convert ICULS later.... oh damn.

Than I suspect they dont care if we subscribe or not... because in OAF form I received shareholder can request for excess ICULS share. If lots of hundred million ICULS not subscribe, majority shareholder can get excess for free, than convert. By the way they already making a lot of money from dumping this LR.

Now with so much disappointment, will minority shareholders ever subscribe this ICULS? Company also can't raised adequate fund it supposed to with this exercise.

This IBHD LR is totally at different level ..... not sure if want to proceed with ICULS subscription or not. But for now that is the only way in order to not register losses.

Nope you can exercise anytime after ICULS listed.... final date for ICULS application is 30-Sept as in prospectus to those own IBHD-LR.

Once ICULS listed by 14-Oct u can send application to convert to mother shares at anytime. IBHD is obligated to issue new shares within 8 days of application.

Pluss IBHD announce beginning 2014 they have dividend policy of at least 30% of earnig. Based on Earning they ear 50senn ++ EPS thus can expect 15 sen at least dividen this year alone.

Thus Bursa Malaysia suggested price of RM 0.415 for this IBHD-LR is correct based on RM 1.15 mother sahres current price

RM0.415 / 0.68 + RM 0.50 = RM 1.11 ( some discount there too)

Ok now I understand correctly how this IBHD-LR works. I give my case as an example :

1) I bought IBHD-LR of 60,000 shares ( 30k at 14cent, & 30k at 13.5cent... omg I'm so freaking up scared yesterday when it limit down)

So my total investment for now is RM 8250.00. but thats not all yet.

2) Based on the prospectus, I need to surrender the ICULS(IBHD-LR) offer price of RM0.50 for every share I own.

So that would be another RM30,000.

When I surrender this RM30,000, I'm entitled for new shares (mother shares) of IBHD at conversion ratio of :

ICULS Shares/1.36 or ICULS Shares X 0.68 ( it works both ways) thus my entitlement would be tadaaaaa:

60,000 / 1.36 = 44,117 of IBHD Shares. So now lets summarised the number

60,0000 IBHD-LR shares @ 0.1375 : RM 8250
60,000 IBHD LR offer price : RM 30,000

My total investment is = RM 38,250.00 for 44,117 shares in IBHD (4251).

I can sell this 44,111 shares at current price (consider RM1.15) i will get RM 50,735. or I can wait 14 oct so that I will get bonus shares of 5 : 1 thus my total shares holding will be

44,117 + Bonus ( 44117/5) = 52940 shares.

I do not have mother share before ex-date. Now today 15/9 I bought IBHD-LR at 14 cent (30000 unit)

If I opt to convert this to mother shares... what is my additional cost? How many mother shares I will get?

When could i exercise my LR? anytime after this 2 weeks ?

Is it 1 time conversion or first I need to convert it to right/warrant. then convert again to mother shares?

I'm not sure on that really new to right & warrants.
