Nothing much to worry about, the impairment losses were made known to the public, if there is no option to gear forward it is definitely no confidence and some even believe to the extent of PN17. If only crude oil drop below 30USD, there's nothing to look forward but instead lifted higher than the target price of USD 60 per barrel which is higher than the production cost average of 45usd per barrel for being off shore exploration. Some may wonder whether the option to separate EP exploration production and EC may have bad effects on profit of sapuraenergy. Both trying hard to benefit and definitely before separation is made like sime Darby and hibiscus, a target fair value is compromised accordingly 93cts .Since it's only 77cts still another 16cts to move to get win win situation. It doesn't mean that it remains that price when calculations was made when proposal for separation crude oil is based on 60USD per barrel aside from the quality of crude oil production off shore is the best and superior quality better if it's not equal to Brent crude benchmark above 70USD per barrel. It's reasonable to say that market sentiment remain stronger towards higher level.
