kampar terminal is highly potential because kampar demands a lot of those services. And nearby have a lot of new student hostel building, if the terminal get to manage well, the terminal will be profitable.

- First Kampar Prima Home was built next to the terminal site.
- I heard there's a new water theme park building nearby

if the kosong news was fake, then next 100% supposedly will be on end of next year. I already hold for one year, another one year not hard.

expect to be faster, but as Jibkor mention the company kosong, i will go look on their site more rapidly haha

Perak transit have express service, and for your information, PTRANS also do have the service of renting out bus for tourists from china.

for sure that kampar terminal still moving on, i went there for few times, and nearby all building fast. I dont have a drone or i can view inside.

Mualamat Venture sold 30M previously and who took it ? there's no notice from the company about who bought it. And there's 5M more to go for 0.315 and above.

yes, 1M wall pecah on 0.3 also, better sell all your stock and rebuy at lower. or price going lower so you need to buy too much to pull your average price.

Hello, with this trading amount, sharks need more than 1 month to clear the shares. Check back previous bought amount and compare with sold amount can roughly know how much they still have on hand. Confirm will goreng more to attract more people to come in or else who take stock from their hand.

warrant price is 0.105. i should take the adjusted previous closing price RM 0.325 in calculation instead of opening price 0.31.

example. you bought 10000 share x 0.41 on 11sep. you paid RM4100. you get 1000 share + 5000 Warrants for free on top of your 10000 share..

so RM4100 = 11000 x RM0.325 (adjusted prv closing price) + 5000 x Warrants Price.

Warrant price = (RM4100 - RM3575) / 5000 = RM0.105

As of time of writing this comment, Your portfolio should be adjusted to

Mother buy price 11000 x RM0.37273 = RM4100 | Market price RM0.315 | Market Value RM3465.00
Warrant buy price 5000 x 0 = RM0 | Market price RM0.105 | Market Value RM525.00

so current price of RM0.315, 4100 - 3990 = you lose RM110. breakeven is RM0.325

Yes, Big shareholders were selling a certain amount of shares but compared shares that they bought in these 2 months, the amount that they sold were not even 5% ....

In other hand, if i'm the boss of the company, why would i pay dividend to those who come in for short term? Maybe the purpose of pressing the stock price is just to cause panic to those who want to goreng ? Which idiot boss will press their own company price unless they are planning to private it....

Do remember there's no company share price will keep on going up, if there's we might need to beware of it .... A small amount of dropping might be preparing for a higher uptrend bounce...

Have another guess, did they burned their hands in china stock market and busying trading their own stock in malaysia market and taking dividend earlier even having lower amount ? How come a stable stock without goreng for a long time and with a stable price suddenly flew this high ?

@scammer8888 last quarter revenue dropped due to US dock staff went on strike and the goods were delayed. :) But the amount will probably recorded in this quarter, this might be the reason why volume increasing in the pass two weeks. Next quarter report will be in August.

@slts i might be agree with weak plywood price, but for weak demand do you think it's possible ? due to the company having a very stable sales, and plywood have many usage this might be showing that demand was not weak but also not high right ?

as long as keeping for dividend purpose, it should probably no problem unless the company facing losses

yes, this company seems not interesting in expanding their business in this moment, the latest activity was just proposing buying 10% shares back, after that, will the dividend increased by 10% or anything changing ? For long term we'll just stay tuned ......

But for now, of course everyone here was looking at the price XD included me, looking also syok although not planning to sell it haha
