Mr. Piti Pramotedham had transacted a total of 90,129,768 shares to Mr. Teo Chong Meng Philip Dominic (“Mr. Teo”) and Mr. Tan Jeck Min (“Mr. Tan”) (35,000,000 and 55,129,768 shares, respectively).


Mr. Teo is an Executive Director, Acting Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Kronologi and has been with the company since its inception. Mr. Tan is an Executive Director of Kronologi, joined the Board in October 2015.


The Board recognizes Mr. Teo’s and Mr. Tan’s individual decisions to acquire the substantial shareholding in Kronologi. They have provided confidence and continuity in the business the last 2 years and have been instrumental in strengthening the group's operational and financial performance. The Board will collectively support the executive management team’s efforts to grow the business and create value for our shareholders.

Today many stocks fell because of the ringgit strength due to the downing of the Russian jet by Turkey. Oil rose too, that is why ringgit is up. This may be the beginning of U.S.dollar weakness..and yes...there is a reason to be careful. If ringgit strengthened further it can affect export stocks. But then again ringgit could weaken again. So the more accurate way is to look at the key supports of your stocks...if they hold...fine. If they are violated, then cut./sell.
Dont blanket cut everything! Some stocks may not react so much, some none at all, and those that react may rebound!
