Very bad decision by present BOD/management, sue previous management but lost RM1 Billion in market cap. Lessons learnt painfully not to wash dirty linen in public, penny wise but pound foolish !!!

No more arbitrage value at moment, negligible 0.10%pa loanstock interest !!!

Delay maybe but Bursa still need to keep CapA listed somehow as it just cannot afford to loose a company with market cap of more than RM4.5B ( share plus loanstock combined)

I considered this a high risk high return counter. So far reduced exposure by 50% to take some profits !!!

Buy some from spare fund after considering the returns vs risks at the moment with all the necessary approvals as todate which looks in favor of the potential returns. Anyone done any computation on the effective returns on this investment on the basis there is no hiccup with distributions as per the announced timetable ?

When the new rights shares with free warrants got listed, for those who subscribed the rights, throw everything immediately if u are still lucky got profit before it becomes losses !!!

Really admire the bravery of those who still buy or holding this share. Right issue at 10 sen with free warrants also not many want to subscribe but still got people buying now at over 28 sen. Likely control by syndicate now before selling over the next 1 week or so after the subscription date of the rights issue on 6 july. For conversion purposes, 1 PA got a 'conversion value' of 0.055 as its issue price under the recent right issue is 0.055. So 10 PA is worth 0.55 for conversion purposes, the required conversion price.

At the moment, just use 10 PA to convert to 1 share without any further payment eg 10 PA @0.015 =0.15, roughly about the same as share price now around 0.145. Note: previous conversions were done when the share price was much higher than 0.15

bought some PA for conversion, will know result in about 2 weeks time, no risk no gain !!!

PA itself has a value of RM0.05, so for conversion u need to pay only extra cash RM0.20 ie. RM0.25 less RM0.05 when u tendered PA plus cash for conversion !!!

Lodged complaints with SC and Bursa but not sure effective as justice is seldom available to small retailers in Malaysia !!!

Noted that since there are trading in both PA n Warrants meaning only some are unfairly affected while those not affected can sell earlier at a higher price !!!
