Although yes PP is dilutive but it still much better than no fund at all for the company especially if the purpose of the PP is to fund n support its existing n future projects which is definitely beneficial to the longer term prospects of the company and hence better share price potential !!! Short term pain n hopefully longer term gain !!! Furthermore, one can now buy below the proposed PP price of 36 sen if one don't want any dilution !!!

OCR-PA (OCR preference shares-A) now at a conversion discount to the mother shares !!! Very Interesting !!!

With the further special share issue of 400M@36 sen by second half 2019, it will even be more interesting for PA now at 25 sen from now to conversion period starting from 28 November this year !!! Conversion discount now still significant n attractive at around 30% !!!

Please call the Share Registrar or better still the Company Secretary to confirm conversion is 1 to 1 without any further payment except for normal conversion fee of RM20 per conversion with conversion period commencing from November 2019 onwards !!!

N due to their differences in both business n financial performances, one is price at RM2.70 whereas the other is RM0.355 !!!

Jon Choivo, r u sure u really that smart that u able to predict sure price will adjust n drop 5 months time in October ? It can be higher or lower than 19 sen in October ! Yes price will adjust if dividend is to be paid within a short time from now but in 5 months time only fool can says whether the price will drop definitely from 19 sen now unless u r god !!!

As per previous records, the final dividend of 1.5 sen, if approved, will be likely be paid by this October ie. in less than 5 months' time. On an annualised basis based on its current price of 19 sen, it means an effective dividend yield of around 19% !

Both SC and Bursa as usual taking their own sweet time to investigate and provide updates. If not more minority shareholders complaint, the result likely may not be favourable to us ! More shareholders should complaint as unity is our only strength here in order to get the necessary response from SC & Bursa.

For those minority shareholders who r attending the company's AGM on 16 May, pls note that independent auditors' report has clearly stated it was the decision of the BOD to wind up the Company after delisting n the financial statements been prepared on a non going concern basis (pg. 7 n 18 of Annual report 2017). This should provide further basis to argue n vote 'against' the company to continue new proposed business operation as an unlisted company during the AGM as the BOD had misled many minority holders to vote 'for' the delisting exercise during the EGM in May 2016 when the intention then let known to shareholders as per the EGM's Circular was to wind up and not to continue business operation after delisting. I will also lodge further complaint to SC and Bursa based on this new information.

Not sure of any further response from Bursa and Securities Commission (as my complaint still under review by them) but I have been complaining non stop to them to investigate Abric and its Directors. Hope all other minority shareholders unite together to also complaint to draw the attention of Bursa and Securities Commission to further investigate Abric.
