因过去2年积极投资新建筑器材及IBS系统，该公司资本开销增至8000万令吉水平，不过，陈永标预计，今年资本开销料比前一两年显著减少，估计仅2000万令吉。

“新建筑器材及系统使用期限约10至15年，短期内料不会有大笔资本开销，购买器材的债务预订于短期内（2年）还清，改善公司负债率。”

他预见，随着计划完成、债务偿还及现金流改善，未来12个月的负债率将减少。

该公司年报数据显示，2016财政年净负债比从上财政年的24.51%增至31.81%。产业方面，现有2亿零500万未结账销售，主要来自Wangsa9及蒲种Prima可负担房屋。

他预计发展总值6亿8000万令吉的Wangsa9发展计划将在2017、2018及2019财政年作出盈利贡献。

该计划第一期及第二期发展各取得78%及58%出售率，第三期发展还有待推出。

最近这几天，大股东和elf 陆续增加公司股票，看来mitra 接下来会有惊喜带给小股东了，拭目以待吧！

据我所知，头30大股东已经控制住mitra 66.29% 股份根据mitra annual report 2016 的分析,近期epf 都加入了mitra这个大家庭还成为了第二大股东5.784%，66.29+5.784=72.074！如果mitra自己 再收购回10%，那散户的股份就会变得越来越少了！

给点时间mitra ，毕竟已经承诺收购回10%公司股份，烂账会被处理！等待吧
