i like these 2 Value Stocks more- BJ CORP AND MUI BHD

Now kuchai. sbagan and kluang moved first. The time for Bj Corp and Mui Bhd will also come. The key word is to be patience.

You are correct!

Value Stocks need a trigger. A special catalyst.

Great Eastern IPO is the catalyst for Kuchai, SBagan, Kluang and Mphbcap

And it was Triggered by Malaysian Govt giving dateline for Foreign Owned INS CO. to pare down ownership from 100% to 70%

For the same reason I think these will be the catalyst

1) Mphbcap got Generali Ins
2) MRCB got GE14 (Last year was DRB)
3) UEMS got RTS & HSR & also EDL removal add Rm900 purchasing power to JB people
4) MJ PERAK got Geely Boyue in Tg Malim Proton City. As well as Bj Corp, BPuri, L&G & Talam. All got lands & assets there

5) MUI BHD catalyst is divorce settlement
6) So on and so forth

The trick is to find Value Stock with catalyst.

A bomb also no use without a fuse to set it off.

So Must Look for Catalyst

Kwantas & harnlern are both greatstocks of deep value. Harnlern got assets in JB Downtown. Ibrahim Financial Center. Wait for catalyst

Kwantas is selling at 75% to Net Assets which are Prime Oil Palm lands. If Dutaland can sell so can Kwantas. Kwantas is a sure winner longer term

This year weather is very strange. Genting Highland feels like European Winter
Korea is minus 16 degree celsius. Even here as I type in Singapore Jurong West is a crazy low of 21 degree celsius. This is like my visit to Perth in Spring time.

I feel like in Perth right now. So nice.

BUT ACCORDING TO DAY/NIGHT, YIN/YANG principle I think by July 2018 we might experience the very opposite. Temperature might rise to a boiling 40 degree celsius? Every one kena burnt kaw kay next half year.

So CPO prices might skyrocket?

So don't rule out Oil Palm counters. Since nobody want CPO counters now is also the time to buy cheap.

Mrcb was sold down from Rm1.80 to 92 sen

Mphbcap was sold down all the way from Rm2.70 to around Rm1.21
