吉隆坡29日讯）就业坊（JOBST，0058，主板贸服股）股价连续2日大幅攀升，今日涨幅一度达38.46%，且创历史新高，为全场第2大热门股和第8大上升股。
就业坊今日早盘以39仙开盘后，曾一度跌至38.5仙全日最低水平，但受市场追捧扶持，该股今日以54仙创历史新高，全日涨幅为14.5仙或37%，成交量为7183万4500股。
该股今日以53.5仙结束交易，以上周三（24日）32仙闭市价计算，截至今日涨幅高达67%。
就业坊早前的文告指出，在12月12日以21万4882令吉进行股票回购，以每股28仙购入76万4200股。
部署业务转型
该公司在11月宣布，派发每股2.65令吉的特别股息，并已在12月24日完成派发。
联昌国际投行研究在早前的报告指出，已完成资产脱售的就业坊，目前仍在进行业务转型，预计在明年首季底才会完成转型计划。
分析员表示，由于显著的盈利增长策略缺席，该公司近期股价将会不稳定，因此，近日来的涨潮相信出乎市场意料。
今年2月，就业坊以18.9亿令吉，脱售网上招聘业务给澳洲最大招聘网站SEEK旗下的SEEK亚洲，并宣布将派发总额18.57亿特别现金股息。
SEEK亚洲是澳洲最大招聘网站，它有意把就业坊的网上招聘业务，与另一个招聘网站———JobsDB合并。

还有几天就告别2014年，本期是2014年最后一期。我们的组合总算不过不失，回酬在12.75%，希望明年争取更佳表现。
之前我们觉得就业坊（JOBST）的投资回酬不错，7个月带来20%以上的回酬。
不过，和一位投资者/读者交流之后，我们才发现原来别人的投资手法更高明，技术更完美。
扪心自问，就算再来一次，我们也未必能够算得这么准确，所以甘拜下风。
而且，也征得对方同意，公开其获利方法与大家分享，让大家对精益求精有更深的体会。
我们在11月17日有提到就业坊的内在价值，即约是3.05令吉。实际上公司表现越来越好，在11月宣布业绩以及特别股息时，应该已经超越这个价值。
有位读者在读了我们上述文章之后，悄悄放在心上。
当时公司的股息是如下：12月10日除权：2.65令吉加1.75仙中期股息，因此是2.6675令吉。
他决定放弃领取股息，在12月9日以2.94令吉卖掉手上1万股就业坊。
可是，之后股市动荡，就业坊股价跌到25仙，他紧记住我们所说的3.05令吉，扣除特别股息2.65令吉应该有40仙，因此“忍不住”将脱售所得用来买入10万股，平均价是26仙。
如今股价站稳在31至32仙，他的投资回酬已有20%左右。因此，他将我们的选股发扬光大，从既得回酬20%提高到50%左右（1.22倍X1.23倍）。
我们忍不住问他为何如此勇敢，难道不怕股价下跌吗？

（吉隆坡24日訊）大馬皇家關稅局指出，截至昨天共有24萬8844家公司已為消費稅註冊，一天內共有7182家公司進行註冊。

　文告指出，目前，註冊消費稅公司數量，已超出政府設下年底達14萬家的目標。

　公司年度營業額少于50萬令吉企業也受促為消費稅註冊，因未來亦會超出50萬令吉。這項新稅務系統需在12月31日前進行註冊，並在2015年4月1日實施。

SapuraKencana Petroleum, a full fledged upstream O&G company, reported a net profit of RM1.3B for its 9MFY15 results on Monday. As reported in the New Straits Time, the integration of SapuraKencana Energy, together with the inclusion of drilling for the first full nine months of FY2015, had strengthened the group's EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) profile to RM2.7 billion, according to SapuraKencana’s president and group CEO. He added, the group is confident of delivering sustained financial performance for the financial year ending January 31, 2015 on the back of recurring income from long-term contracts and a strong balance sheet.

Macquarie Equities Research (MER) released a report on 10 December 2014, maintaining its “outperform” call with a 12-month target price of RM4.80. Excerpts from the research report can be found below.

Tan Sri Shahril Shamsuddin, SapuraKencana Petroleum Bhd president and group chief executive officer, buys more shares in the oil & gas conglomerate. According to filing with Bursa Malaysia, Jurudata Sdn Bhd, the investment vehicle of Shahril and his brother Datuk Shahriman Shamsuddin, had acquired 5.25m shares last Friday.

The latest purchase has raised Jurudata's stake to 16.79%. Shahril's direct shareholding remained at 0.13% or 7.9m shares, while Shahriman's direct interest stayed at 0.01% or 506,385 shares. In a separate filing today shows that the Employees Provident Fund had disposed of 2.46m shares on Dec 10, to bring its interest to 809.5m shares or 13.51%. (Financial Daily)
