（吉隆坡26日訊）憑藉來自哈薩克斯坦油氣項目的強穩貢獻，幸馬泰資源（SUMATEC,1201,主板貿服組）有信心可在2014財政上半年寫下連續兩個季度的轉虧為盈，進而在來臨的8月向大馬交易所申請脫離PN17公司行列。

幸馬泰首席執行員克利斯戴頓透露，公司必須交出連續兩個季度的盈利，才符合資格擺脫PN17的標准。他有信心幸馬泰在現財政年上半年成功達到上述條件。

幸馬泰在截至2014年3月31日止的首季業績中成功賺虧為盈，淨賺447萬令吉。儘管上財政年末季也成功取得1億零59萬令吉的淨利，但基於該筆盈利屬非經營性質，因此不納入計算。

“我們將在8月呈交脫離PN17的申請。”克利斯戴頓週四出席股東大會後，在新聞發佈會上如此表示。

幸馬泰大股東丹斯里哈林沙轄最初於去年6月曾宣稱，該公司將在2014年次季脫離PN17行列。

同時，根據管理層的策劃與進展，克利斯戴頓看好幸馬泰能夠在現財政年達至6千900萬令吉的盈利目標。該公司也正不斷提生產能，以期於今年杪將原油產量從現有的每日1千500桶增至2千桶。

雖然盈利前景明朗，惟克利斯戴頓表示董事部目前還未設定股息政策。他指公司當前首要的任務是擺脫PN17標籤，同時需確保公司內部現金流處於正面水平。

此外，克利斯戴頓聲稱公司始終在探索著擴展至哈薩克斯坦以外油田的機會。基於大馬境內的油田多屬岸外深水油田，風險和涉及的投資較高，與專注於岸內或淺水油田的幸馬泰策略不符，因此短期內無意收購任何大馬油田資產。

獲利1.75億美元

另一方面，針對日前宣佈哈薩克斯坦Rakushechnoye油田獲證實擁有更高的油氣儲備，克利斯戴頓依據每桶100美元的布蘭特（Brent）原油價格計算，預計幸馬泰可從中獲得1億7千500萬美元的額外淨利。

他稱此額外油氣儲備的貢獻只會在未來5至10年的長期時間內作出貢獻，並取決於該公司的產能。“幸馬泰在當地的特許經營期限為10年，我們期望在這期間開採儘可能多的油氣。”（星洲日報／財
