【建议私配发新股】
实值国际建议私下配售高达6420万3342股新股，相等于高达占缴足资本高达10%比重，以及特别发行高达1亿4124万7353股新股给独立第三者投资者，以集资进行收购计划。
同时，公司建议进行二梯次（Two Call）附加股计划，发售高达16亿9496万8244股新股，每股发售价为10仙，并发送高达8亿4748万4122股红股。
股东每持有1股母股，可认购2股附加股，及获1红股。
在该项附加股计划下，股东将以每股5仙认购附加股，而剩余5仙则由公司支付，预计从中筹得大约8475万令吉，将用于偿还银行债务。

如果交易买入0.10价位是（0.10+0.05*2）/ 4 ：0.05 成本
如果购买的是0.10的10张 ：1000马币，
可以购买附加 10k x 2 x 0.05 ：1000马币，
成本是：1000+1000 ：2000马币。

所以天低下没有白吃的午餐，不同的是你的股票数量有增无减而已。
附加股配售法：
现在正式解答：1配2附加股，2附加股送1红股
根据那天的收市价0.15 做比喻： EX-DATE 的开市价是$0.0875 算法，
[(1,000x0.15)+(2,000x0.10)/4]= 3,500/4,000 = $0.0875
【独立投资者】
6420万3342股新股 = 64,203张 (10%)
1亿4124万7353股新 = 141,247张 (22%)
【目前现有正股】
6亿4203万3427股正股 = 642,033张 (100%）
【股东附加股】
16亿9496万8244股新股 = 1,694,968张
8亿4748万4122股红股 = 847,484张
往后持有总数量
33亿8993万6488股 = 3,389,936张
收购价是2.6亿，还至少拥有80年的占地 (10万1161公顷) 的的伐木及植林权。
如果配发后的股价停留在0.10，是 3亿4千万左右市值。
之前公司基本市值NTA 0.40 x 6亿4千多万股 = 2亿6000万
加上收购 2.6亿资产，就已突破5个亿。
所以，Pworth 的潜在空间与市场很大，因为它即将会拥有延续不断的资源优势。
比较：
TAAN = 15亿5千万市值，Jtiasa = 13亿1300万市值，WTK = 5亿6百万市值。
在截至2013年12月31日为止的业绩中，常成控股所拥有种植面积为6万6283公顷，而大安控股（TAAN，5012，工业产品组）有种植油棕的土地达3万6944公顷。
