Do you guys remember the share price movement before the announcemnet of Q2 results? It climb so high two weeks before the announcement and suddenly drop before few days of announcement.

Of cause a normal quarter result than its peers was the main reason of drop. Be careful guys!

why the director keep selling the share?

Hi Miketyu, non operating assets are the assets not related to the business operation, such as investment in associate company. We have to minus it when we calculate the TEV.

ebit is the short form of earning before interest and tax (not the earning before income tax), which is equivalent to the operating profit.

We usually use operating profit (or ebit) to assess whether the company is doing well in its operating activities.

I notice that quite a numble of warrant exercised recently. There are two views: 1) people are confident about the performance of the company and decided to exercise the warrant 2) EPS will be diluted due to increase in the share capital. lets make an assumption here and just for the academic purpose, not for the pushing of share price or any other reason.

As we now the warrant is listed on 21/10/2015 with an exercise price RM1, could the price of warrant based on the mother share closing on 20/10/2015 minues RM1?

The logic of this computation is the fair value of the warrant is the difference between the share price and exercise price, so that the opening price of warrant will base on it latest fair value, but not considering the fair value during the split time.

May I know what is the reference price for the warrant when it lists on 21/10/2015?

Is it bases on the reference price after split (RM1.52) minus the exercise price (RM1) = RM 0.52?

based on the circular dated on 9/9/2015, the ex-right price of the share shall be calculated as follow:

[(RM3.3 / 2 x 4) + (RM1 x 1)] / 5 = RM 1.52

Reason of divided by 2 for the closing price is to factor in the share split. Additionally, the ex-right price of the share shall include the exercise price of warrant (which is RM1.00 per share).

For the warrant, its fair value shall be RM1.52 (ex-right price)- RM1.00 (exercise price)= RM0.52. However, if you factor in the time value of the warrant, it should be higher than RM0.52.
