I took profit but i kinda regret coz bank called and i got panic. 20% was the margin i got but the facts were
1. Earning, cashflow, debt ratio are good
2. Dato Loo is non executive. He is not likely the one who has final say in company direction. He can make noise but final say is the collective voices of board.
3. 1 person vs 1 company
4. It is normal for a company to sack board member, it is normal to have lawsuit. I am not sure why in malaysia it was such a big case. Steve job was sacked from Apple but that was not the reason for Apple downfall it was the poor management.
5. Insider are not selling. Would they be the one selling first?
6. may be i was wrong but it is food for thought
