最新进展：

怡克伟士（EKOVEST，8877, 主板建筑股）全年营业额创新高，按年增长37%至10亿8870万9000令吉。

截至6月30日，全年净利按年跌28.8%至1亿1060万2000令吉。

末季营业额为3亿1845万3000令吉，按年增9.4%；净利达1841万7000令吉，按年跌86.5%。

行家建议：

怡克伟士接下来的激励因素，是大使淡江大道（DUKE）首期和第二期分拆上市计划，60%股权价值达19亿令吉，将带来6亿3200万令吉现金。

建筑业务的未完成订单达68亿令吉，预计盈利将持续强劲增长。

虽然目前产业发展业务蒙亏，但相信将会转盈，因为未入账销售超过5亿令吉。

至于大道业务，预计DUKE第二期开通后，营业额将从2018财年次季起攀升，全年营业额料为2亿600万令吉。

我们提高2018及2019财年实际税率至27%、降低产业销售及延迟DUKE第二期开通日期预测。

调整预测后，该公司2018及2019财年盈利预测下调7%与4%，目标价也下修至1.45令吉，维持“买入”评级。
