HIBISCS (Not Rated). HIBISCS surged on strong trading volume yesterday after it was given the go-ahead by Petronas to purchase a 50% stake in the North Sabah enhanced oil recovery project from Shell, closing 5.5 sen (13.41%) higher at RM0.465. Riding on the long-awaited bullish news, the stock surged to an intra-day high of RM0.51 before facing profittaking to form a long-upper shadow candlestick on the daily chart. This led us to take precaution on the stock given the strong emergence of profit taking during the intraday, whereby investors are advised to look out for an appearance of another white candlestick to affirm the uptrend trajectory, while upside resistance is capped at RM0.50 (R1)/RM0.55 (R2). Any decline below the RM0.45 (S1) support will result in the stock continuing on its downside-bias consolidation, where the next support is seen at RM0.395 (S2).

If I valued the company as RM0.60, the current price RM0.47, upside about 27%, to me not really attractive. Right?
Reason for me to after this stock
Yes, this is the reason. In fact this was an old news on 12th Oct 2016.
To me, the company has great potential upside, once the company acquired this piece of asset.
North Sabah

*if Risks:*
1)the company expose to oil price risk, but as long as the brent oil price above USD30 the company still look good to me, I expect that the proposed listing of Saudi Aramco to be a catalyst of maintaining oil price stability.
*MAY17' Brent oil drop 5%*
2)if North Sabah acquisition failed to materialized, then you have to consider should Anasuria Cluster alone justified the price you paid for the company.
*Deal or no Deal?*
2)coming OPEC meeting, will output cut extended ?
*Cut extended 9months*

AirAsia’s Outperform Rating Maintained - Target RM4.00
Author: kltrader | Publish date: Wed, 19 Apr 2017, 09:49 AM
Macquarie Equities Research (MQ Research) released a research note on AirAsia, following a meeting with the group’s CEO, reiterating their outperform rating and keeping their price target at RM4.00.
Event
MQ Research reiterates their outperform rating on AirAsia with an unchanged target price of RM4.00 (+34% total shareholder return) following a meeting with Malaysia CEO, Aireen Omar. Key takeaways include: 1) strong demand supporting its reaccelerated growth for the Malaysia entity in 2017, 2) on track for leasing monetisation this year with a guided US$900mn–1.2bn valuation and 3) ramping up initiatives to boost ancillary income given unsatisfactory performance so far.
With the potential for a special dividend accruing from the leasing portfolio monetisation, AirAsia remains one of MQ Research’s top picks in the Asian airline space. The stock trades at a 7.3x 2018E enterprise value/earnings before, interest, taxes, depreciation, amortisation, and rent (EV/EBITDAR) vs its seven-year average of 8.4x.
