There is some growth value , brand value need include in their selling price. Comfort is fast growing company , revenue grow ,25% per year.. if you are owner.. you will sell your company for the price of market rate now ? I won't sell of price not attractive enough.

Do management willing benefit their shareholder ?
-Director hold more than 60% of the share , we share same benefit... I think they hope the share price up also , more dividend = more income.

Any bad record of the management ? Blacklisted ? Why ? How sure is the information ?
- Only know one case of Tony long time ago, after that.. never heard any bad news about TA.

No matter how, KLSE now is on uptrend.. coming week got some event than able to push rate higher ... that is no reason to sell a share that potential growing now, right ? .. if no confidence to a share better cut lost or take profit because you won't felt comfortable or happy to holding it.. TA Enterprise Berhad is an investment holding public limited company. Not as hot as tech or semiconductor stock which able attract lot financial institution. So I will set very low PE for this industry, around 6 as fair value.

Base on previous track record, TA share price will grow or drop base on KLSE rate..( Just like Metal stock will float according to market metal price ) Good foundation result will push it higher but bad result drag it lower. Year 2014 , good result + good market bring TA to RM 1++. I believe market will become better this year .. that why I'm hold my share, believe it will fly soon.

Besides that, if you read their quarter report , you will found 4 segment of their business are growing.. undervalue + growing share ... why sell ?

TP 1.20 , if Tomei able keep the performance up, get at least eps 2.5 ( 60% of last QR ) coming quarter .. EPS should be 12.18 , PE of current price only 7.3. Undervalue share

KLSE rate just a guideline for us to know that our share's industry ( security & lending ) going uptrend or downtrend ; So investor will decide to it worth for the price anot.. : ( Don't have accurate formula for share price against KLSE rate la.. . : )

2014 , TA was trading in PE > 6 ( higest share price is RM1.01 ) .. : ) , TA ttm performance now is much more better than 2014's result.

TA is extreamly under value share, PE only 2.95 without one time earning result. We won't know when market will reflect its value. I'm don't want miss the boat.. : )

A good start today for KLSE. Can see TA have form strong support with weak barrier to pass through.

Lets KLSE rebounce to break 1800 , coming with TA rebounce break 0.7. : )

KLSE rebounce.. get the 1st green today.. then TA can start rebounce.

KLSE drop from 12 Sept , 14 rebound bit , then start fall from 15 Sept until now.
TA share price hit 0.69 on 12 Sept.. floating between 0.66- 0.69 until 24 Sept , start fall from 25 Sept ( 10 days after KLSE fall ) until now.
Believe once KLSE stop falling, it's the time to rebounce. Company foundation still there ( High earning , low PE ) , but it's still affect by big enviroment.

I believe KLSE will become better this month, keep and wait the chance to rebounce. : ) Happy Investing.

Ta is security company. If you c properly, it share price always follow klse flow. It is not surprise drop when klse continue 11 days down trends.
