Although I'm quite disappointed that hevea doesn't get much profit in rubber wood export policy.But quite surprise CEO willing tell the truth which shown that their management is honest n transparent enough. Good management may be can't bring company run faster but I believe they can bring company walk longer and stable.

I just lower down my share and may buy back more if it drop to my target buy back price.

All export business use USD as their currency becAuse USD is international currency, even i business with china company, item all calculate in USD. So if ringgit grow, not good to hevea.

No matter shot up anot.. I think it's fine we bought a good share in low price. Monday no shot up .. one day it will.

Q3 again a one time earning profit their report which able bring pe lower.. If share.price.No up.. I'm worry it will.lower than.2.. :(

From previous record, the only threat of ta is its investment part which cause them lost money in last few years. But base on record since last year, ta investment business recovering from -60mil /qr until now earn 60mil/qr. And this qr remain the earning. Lending part every year provide 100mil income consistently.

Property investment, hotel operation and property development can c much improvements in their quartal report this year. So I'm not worry on the coming result becAuse can see the company is.growing but.not just under value.

Actually is just fit to my expectation.. able to maintain grow rate under high material cost situation already very good. Hevea invest for.long-run.

Just dunno why it so undervalued.. based on previous record..before it get negative esp. This stock PE around 8-9. I think it need maintain its performance few more qr to bring back investor confidence.

Sorry.. I check previous year record mostly release 23, then only realize sometimes 24 and 25 also.. sorry for wrong info given.

We don't know how high profit margin of mushroom business... 10 million revenue may bring them extra 5million profit which is 6% of their net profit. : )
