Babihutan88, Gadang still have about 1.5bil project on hand, it is set to be busy for next 3 year. And the Capital21 still remain about 200mil profit will be actually in next 2-3 year. So estimated annual EPS will be at 15cents for next 2-3 year. And Gadang's cash flow is very good and healthy. So no worry in near term.... but still hope can getting more project to add-on brighten future.

Jarklp, cash is blood for a company especially construction field. More cash mean more blood circulation for company to turn over in short term. It is good for a construction company to hold cash and it is also as pool of armor for them to bid for new project.

My first bought at 1.30.... next entry will be 1.25... erkongseng's FA report is good, but the entry timing is no good.... based on TA (just my personal opinion), the price will be further drop under 1.30 if hammer not appear today. But the current price already touching lower bolinger band (over sold). Can start to buy small amount now and keep monitoring the buy signal to appear.
