My humble view for affin .. I don think affin undervalue..this quarter 6sen earning *4 quarter =24 sen ... Please look back 2011 result a quarter can be 9sen and nta even higher...nta doesnt means anything it can be from your fixed asset revaluation and etc...

I roughly read through the cash flow receivable impairment around 12 m book sit in 20m which means all only 8 m can collected . Based on the cash flow 76for armotisation +17m for interest expenses. Only with 100 m of sales the co barely made some profit exclude one off impairment of written off asset and receivable.

The reason why he sell to related co is bcs the ceo wan to hold the stake and is confident to the company turnaround plan. Second is tat he hold substantial stake in related co. By selling to related he still indirectly hold the co just not tat much only. Bear in mind tat the co ceo is sending a signal to the shareholder he confident to this co

I just read the quarterly report. The loss belong to Hanoi sold to other party bcs keep making losses and the impairment is around 15 million. This means mynnnar side is starting to make money. Also co is considering cash rich co. The borrowing I think is for parkson credit which like aeon credit as the still new co so can see more opportunity inside is they manage carefully. They didn't hold any share on lion group so whatever bankuptcy won't affect parkson but cannot ignore tat wc maybe sold some parkson share to cover lion group

if they successful turnover for department store I think loss will not be happen. They buy a lot of Korean brand and other international brand to house under parkson.
