（吉隆坡9日讯）亿强工程（Zecon Bhd）公布，收到大马公共工程局（JKR）终止砂拉越州古晋Hospital Petra Jaya建设的通知后，今早应声下跌5%。
截至9时25分，该股跌2仙，报38仙，共52万5800股易手。
该合约总值4亿9500万令吉，于2013年4月由JKR首次授予亿强工程。
亿强工程表示，这项所谓的终止合约是不合法的，并已就此寻求法律意见。

以前因为刘启盛的因素，所以ecoworld股价脱离实际价值，狂飙好多倍。
有赚的我先恭喜。
不过因为过度脱离价值，所以我预测会暴跌。
至今ecoworld股价腰斩。
如果不是它EPS大进步，跌的会更多。
目前，它仍处于下跌中，还没有看见停止迹象。
投资一大法则是【不要捡落下来的刀子】。
股价下跌虽然给人看起来很便宜，但下跌时，我们不知道它什么时候会见底。
这时候捡，很容易被刀子刺穿手掌。
所以最好的方法，应该是等股价触底，开始回升后，才进场买。
不过，前提必须是这是一家好公司，而且确定未来发展可期。
ecoworld虽然是不错的房产公司，但问题是大马房产前景，未来几年不会好，整个行业触底迹象好没有出现。
所以，建议还是不要买ecoworld，至少现在还不是时候。
