Dear Geary, expanding throughout south east Asia is not easy as you thought. Plus , throughout the past 3 years Krono has been acquired 2 companies ( QSI + QHK） in order to create synergy as one group, do you think it is easy to do that ? 3 different cultural backgrounds + 3 different market. Obviously they need funding to upgrade their equipment. For what I read through on thier PP annocument , they have listed why they need the funding thou. If the funding it’s for expansion purpose. Why not ? I rather keen for PP than loan from bank. At least we don’t have to worry about the interest cost. It’s a wise move. And please read the the Eligible people or parties for pp requirement. They obviously are those experienced in investment or wealthy person than you and I . Do you think they will just simply grab the share without doing thier Valuation? Just my humble opinion towards Krono PP. *sharing purposes , not a buy or sell call*

While I started comment at here, Krono only 0.26. If you don’t know about EDM business , you won’t have faith on Krono. IPO started from 2014 and now already acquired 2 companies (QSI & QHK )

The company is on the right track. Growth companies need some time to reflect their true value.

No matter you like it or not , Data is a must for next wave of technology revolution. People demand more smart devices and AI features. This will definetly boosting up the EDM segment.

If you study deep enough on Krono, each of the customer actually will bind on contract for 36 months.
