Toll operation actually earn another additional 6.5 million but with one time compensation. So post negative growth in toll operation. So next qtr toll (cash cow) will post better result

If deal accepted, the only connection between ekovest and IWH are they sharing iwcity as sub company. Delist not mean iwcity no more but park under both ekovest and iwh

If u r long term holder, this is a good deal.
Cause Ekovest is buying Johor land bank in big discount price if merge plan accepted. (For reference, you can see news http://www.sinchew.com.my/node/1697874 )
But the risk is property market in Johor currently is low...

Nobody know how market will go, so please do ur own risk analysis before invest.

In my own personal opinion, not a bad news.

You can think this way,
If u hold ~40% of IWCITY and people offer u RM1.5 instead of RM1.1 -(market price of IWCITY before offer), normally u will accept the offer if the company can’t perform.

And,
U won’t accept the offer if u think IWCITY worth more than RM1.5

So, this might the reason the IWH won’t let go IWCITY in such lower price with large land bank...

IWH (institutional holder of IWCITY - TSDLKH Sultan Johor) don’t accept offer to sell their 37.72% of IWCITY share for RM1.50.
In other meaning, Ekovest can only buy over ~60% of IWCITY for RM1.50
