Don't worry la ! FY2013 EPS is around $0.15 (excluding the gains from asset disposal & forex losses). However the average CPO price for FY2013 is only $2251, For FY2014 the CPO price is predicted to stay around $2700.

1. The increase of CPO price for FY2014 is around $2700 and for every $100 increase of CPO price there will be a positive impart of 4-5% on net profit.

2. FY2013 there is a 28% increase of FFB production, for this coming FY2014 we conservatively assume that there will be only 23% increase of FFB production (due to hot weather).

3. There was around $61millions of unrealised forex losses for FY2013, The Rupiah is strengthen by 6-8% since Jan 2014 and Ringgit also quite stable since then.


Simple calculation.

FY 2013 EPS : $0.149
CPO price improvement : $450 (4.5 x 4.5% = 20.25%)
FFB Production increased : 23%

Estimated FY2014 EPS : $0.149 x (120%) x (123%) = $0.219

Even we use the conservative Plantation Industry PE of 15, the FV is still around $3.28, whereas if we raise the PE to 17 or 18 then the FV should be around $3.8.

Anyway just sharing my 2 cents of thought.

Due to the Indonesia Biodiesel policy implementation, as much as 3.4 millions tons of palm will be used biodiesel purposes each year. Malaysia only produce around 19.5 millions tons and Indonesia 21+ millions tons each year. Price for CPO will be strong.

Finally the price move..... wooohoooo......

Every $100 increase for CPO there will be roughly 6% increase in profit margin, of course due to the hot weather there will be compromise by lower production. Conservative estimate, since last december the price of CPO already increase by $200-$300, hence the profit margin for this Qtr already increase by 12-18%, after minus the drop of production (let say 5-8%) the estimate net increase of profit margin still will be 7-10% !

So many positive news on CPO price, TSH price finally break the resistant.

2862862, share market nothing is impossible but personally I don't think there will such a big price movement like MKH. My short/mid term TP is $3.3-$3.4, and long term TP of $4, provide CPO can sustain at the region of $2700-$2900. TSH market cap is quite big so no so easy to have such a big price movement unless there are some surprise good news. Anyway I expect the price will stay around $3 until the warrant (TSH-CE) is expired (31/3/2014). Anyway above just my personal opinion, I might be wrong.

Put aside FimaCorp cash, Kfima still hold almost 100 mils cash and just let it sit in the Bank.

I hold for one year + and the return is only the lousy 3-4% ! The management is not doing enough where with pile of cash sitting in the bank doing nothing !! Really disappointed.
