Group MD and CEO Datuk Dr Mohd Karim Abdullah (picture) told The Malaysian Reserve (TMR) yesterday the group has identified some credible individuals with strong integrity and reputation from their previous work life to fill in the vacancies following the resignation of several board members last Friday.

“These are very highly reputable individuals who have garnered the respect from the public at large during their tenure serving the people of Malaysia.

Serba Dinamik’s shares slide to new low amid uncertainties

PETALING JAYA: Bursa Malaysia has directed Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd, which has yet to officially appoint an independent reviewer to undertake a special independent review (SIR) to address the concerns raised by KPMG, by Friday.

With the recent EY accepted the IR positions with supervision from SC ....l believe SD is taking a great step forward in resolving investors confidence and 3 newly high caliber INEDS will be joining SD to add more fire power to its current all time low share price. Karim and team will lead SD with strong fundamental in the right directions at the same time to restore back investors as SH will expect more positive news to be published on medias. Looks like to me the worst is nearly ....endgame
