PETALING JAYA: Pelabur runcit dinasihatkan terus bersabar dan tidak sewenang-wenangnya menjual saham mereka berikutan kemelut dihadapi Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad yang dikhuatiri menyebabkan kerugian besar sekiranya berlarutan.

Pengasas Kumpulan Malakat Mall, Fadzil Hashim berkata, berdasarkan portal ekonomi dan pengguna akaun palsu di laman sosial, jelas menunjukkan adanya tangan-tangan ghaib yang terbabit dalam usaha bagi mengenakan kerugian besar dialami oleh salah satu syarikat-syarikat tersenarai awam (PLC) yang paling berjaya itu.

Katanya, kerugian itu memberi kesan kepada para pelabur-pelabur peruncit kecil yang mana pandemik Covid-19 memberi kesan dalam kehidupan dengan teruk.


“Kami juga menggesa kerajaan melakukan sesuatu dan berusaha membincangkan bagaimana kita dapat sama-sama menyelamatkan dan menolong syarikat itu daripada serangan keji yang sedang dilakukan. Ingatlah, mata pencarian 5,000 keluarga bumiputera terjejas sekiranya masalah itu terus meningkat dan dibiarkan.

“Kami juga mendesak dan merayu semua pelabur runcit untuk bersabar dan menyokong syarikat dengan menahan dan tidak panik menjual saham. Kami difahamkan bahawa syarikat itu melakukan segala yang mungkin untuk mengatasi situasi semasa yang dihadapi termasuk melakukan pertukaran besar dalam lembaga pengarah serta pengurusan kanan,” katanya dalam sidang akhbar secara maya, hari ini.

Sebelum ini, Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad memfailkan tuntutan sivil terhadap juruaudit luarannya atas dakwaan kecuaian profesional, pelanggaran kontrak dan pelanggaran kewajipan statutori.

Menurut Fadzil, pihaknya dan Ketua Aktivis Persatuan Pengguna Islam Malaysia (PPIM), Datuk Nadzim Johan (Toqqi) berdiri teguh bersama kepimpinan Lembaga Pengarah, Datuk Dr. Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah dan barisan pengurusan kanan syarikat berkenaan.


“Kami menyokong tindakan menyaman pihak auditor sebagai langkah pertama memulihkan integriti korporat dan seterusnya mengembalikan keyakinan pelabur.

“Tindakan pihak auditor dengan jelas menyebabkan kehilangan keyakinan pelabur institusi dan mengakibatkan penurunan harga saham Serba Dinamik berjumlah lebih RM5 bilion,” katanya.

Pihaknya juga menggesa pemegang saham utama seperti Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) untuk menghentikan penjualan saham kerana penjualan yang berterusan dapat meningkatkan lagi kerugian sekali gus memberi impak negatif kepada pelabur-pelabur kecil.

“Kami juga menyeru semua rakyat terutama kaum Melayu untuk bangkit dengan membeli 100 unit saham Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad yang kini bernilai RM400 sebagai tanda sokongan terhadap sebuah syarikat anak tempatan yang berwibawa dan bertaraf global,” katanya.

Dalam pada itu, Nadzmi berkata, sebagai seseorang yang menganut agama Islam, seharusnya mereka mengkaji dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh berita-berita palsu itu.

“Kita tidak ada kepentingan dengan syarikat berkenaan, tetapi hanya mahu membawakan kesedaran kepada pelabur-pelabur.

“Kita harapkan perkara tersebut dapat diuruskan dengan baik dan pelabur dinasihatkan jangan cepat melatah. Apa tindakan di Mahkamah itu, biarkan berjalan,” katanya. – UTUSAN ONLINE

Serba Dinamik current share price does not make sense

Recently Serba Dinamik dunked a record profit in the latest quarterly report by the company. At the current swing, Serba Dinamik fundamentals are still solid because their cash flow is still hevaily backed up by the current oil & gas market. Unfortunately the stock price keeps going down.

This in a way opens the Malaysian stock market to the power of speculation. For years, BURSA remained steadfast and try to remain bullet proof to speculation.



Unfortunately what is happening to Serba Dinamik is worrying. It is true that they are facing a few stumbling blocks in regards to their audit report. However, the audit report is not finalised yet but people are quick to jump on the bandwagon to cry foul. Our society's long standing culture and principle has always been innocent until proven guilty. That is why we have proper legal mechanism to ensure all parties are equally protected.

But the sad reality is the stock market is strengtening by mob mentality, a hint of speculation and people are quick to pass judgment. This not some random coffee shop gossip hour. This is a billion dollar mark on the economy. Words hurt real working class people.

Serba Dinamik has been open so far. They want another auditor to close the report, willing to cooperate with SC and open to legal channel to clear their name. Most importantly, they want business to continue as usual and have maintained the confidence of their oversea business partners.

Their profit in this quarter is a good sign. Do not succumb to market speculation. Do not start a mob economy. Innocent until proven guilty.

Pertaining to the entitled blog "Serba Dinamik - A Ponzi Scheme?", I would like to sincerely apologize to the Management for the article which I would like to literate that as said, was just an expression of opinion and not done intentional other than just a view of opinion. Understandly, opinions are not facts.

It is with that, I would like to retract the blog in good faith and sincerely apologies to the management of Serba Dinamik on any inconvenience caused. Serba Dinamik has made clarification to it and it is with that, the blog has already been taken down as by the management request.

I would sincerely like to wish the management of Serba Dinamik the best of success in their endeavour to resolve the issues.

We refer to the media releases issued by both Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia on the 23rd
June 2021.
We thank profusely both Institutions for alerting us of the law in relation to auditors’ obligation in
reporting to SC. We however wish to point out that auditors in performing that duty has the highest
onus to exercise that professional opinion, that there has in fact been a breach or non-performance
of the identified laws, not a mere reasonable believe on their part that, that was so.
We also accept the advice by the two esteemed Institutions, with gratitude, that auditors can exercise
some elements of professional skepticism during their audit, but this mere skepticism must be
communicated to their clients for resolution of the matters, and mere skepticism is not sufficient for
auditors to pre-maturely report, to the detriment of the company and the market.
We thank the Institutions for not delving into the facts of this case, which facts are still at large. Serba
Dinamik have never claimed that its Chairman has officially communicated with either Institutions.

The info shared is based on my conversation with a well-known Malaysian millionaire who chose to be anonymous. He will be referred as T20 insider.



Malik: Hello sir, what do you think of the current mess Serba Dinamik is in at the moment?



T20 insider: To be honest, I find the red flags highlighted by KPMG to be trivial and something that ought to be resolved via discussion with the management.



Malik: what do you mean by trivial issues highlighted by KPMG?



T20 Insider: Among the findings that I find weird is the fact that KPMG were the side that initially wanted an independent reviewer to verify their findings but then went to SC anyway. Next, calling the receptionist to verify the existence of an employee and going to the wrong address is really a sloppy job for a Big4. Most troublesome is that they were using Truecaller to verify the number of Serba Dinamik’s client. For me, revealing confidential number to a third-party app with questionable privacy practice is troublesome indeed.

Malik: So, was it a right move for Serba Dinamik to sue their auditor?

T20 insider: My own personal view is that is a daring act as a lawsuit puts all the facts out in the open. Every single witness can be cross examined. All evidences, audit report is placed to a higher degree of scrutiny. I don’t think that would be an act perpetrated by a scammer. This is an act that shows seriousness to clear their name.

Malik: People think it is a wrong move to sue the auditor, what is your take on this?

T20 insider: To be fair, auditors have been sued all around the world. Even lawyers get sued for not doing their job properly. I think what Serba Dinamik is doing should be celebrated and championed. The impact of KPMG’s action has wiped out close to 50% of their market value. The people who suffer are everyday Malaysians who have their savings in EPF and KWAP.





Malik: A lot of people are saying that Serba Dinamik’s contract in Block 7 Investment LLC is a scam, what is your take on it?

T20 insider: Well, if that was true, they would not instigate a lawsuit right that would put everything out in the open. You are talking about a company that constantly give out dividends to their investor year in and year out. If they want to embezzle money, they don’t need a contract like this or even fight this thing out. They can simple walk away like Jho Low. Serba Dinamik for years have been reliant on their engineering capabilities. For them to get a project and not finishing it would be damaging, especially when they are about to embark on their space economy journey.

Moreover, the Block 7 Investment is reported largely in various media space. No legitimate media space have denied such existence or did the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority denied or issued a statement against the company. You must remember, Serba Dinamik is now a global issue. Media left and right should be picking up hard facts but sadly what you read until now are mere speculation. No solid evidence especially if what KPMG claim is so damning, there should be factual revelation left and right, but you can see none.
