So once high court approve the repayment,all MPHB share holder will be given a Magnum share in exchange of existing MPHB share.
That mean you can buy or sell now,but no repayment because this exercise is 3-6 months after IPO of M-Capital.
That day the ex-date is ONLY for Capiatal-OR, there will be another ex-date for Magnum n repayment.
if need money,can sell MPHB first,buy back 3 months later also ok.
