What about KYY? He is being forced to sell shares by management through share issue. They know KYY is using borrowed money. Surprisingly They let him get out at this price range.

What about topglov. from $12 all the way to $8.50. I would be forced sold before get to enjoy everything in future.

Why ordinary people need to invest into stock market with margin? Dont have enough money? I believe if one is capable of making money in stock market, cash account will make you rich.

I mean ordinary people. Not bosses to goreng or to secure controlling stakes. Why need margin account at all?

Yeah. Im picking a side.

The reason is obvious. No matter how good the company is, price can come down. Margin account wont let you live till see the dawn.

KYY wont be in trouble if he hold jaks shares with cash only.

The point of the article is? Its no longer based on technical/fundamental/business sense/dynamic..
