頂級手套是于7月2日獲吉隆坡高庭批准一項單方面的瑪瑞瓦禁令（Mareva Injunction），禁止劉振源、王清和和ACPL私人有限公司脫售在本地持有的資產。

劉振源和王清和也是Adventa資本的股東；Adventa資本稍晚發表文告指出，由于控方無法提供實質證據，故在今日聽證會后，高庭宣佈解除禁令。

顶级手套(TOPGLOV，7113)收购医疗手套误踩地雷!

该公司今晚在一项文告中指出，今年头以13亿7000万令吉向新加坡Adventa Capital公司收购ASPION全部股权时，受到卖主提供错误资讯而付出过高价格。因此，公司已入禀马新两地法庭向卖主追讨多付的资金。

ASPION是生产医疗手套公司，厂房落在新加坡。ASPION的卖主是Adventa Capital公司、刘振源及Wong Chin Toh，顶级手套因此把三方告上法庭。

该公司补充说，欲向ASPION卖主追讨不少过7亿1486万令吉。以当初13亿7000万令吉收购价来看，等于说顶级手套认为自己多付了52%！

由于这宗收购是以部份现金及部份新股支付，ASPION卖主亦获得顶级手套发出的2051万股新股，这批新股已在今年4月5日上市，因此，顶级手套亦向马新法庭申请了单方面禁令，禁止以上三方出售在大马总值最高7亿1486万令吉的资产。
