Heng Yuan TP 46. I am buying RM 17 is unďervalued. Keeping for long term. Petdag PE of 28, HY is a much bettercompany of PE 3 but it should be same PE as Petdag.

Price of HY dropped from 17 to 13. I was lucky. My stop loss saved me. I sold all. Price dropped further to RM 13 and then to RM 12. The price then rebounded to RM14. At RM14, I bought at RM12 recently because it was oversold and undervalued. Hold forecer. I will never sell. TP based on sane PE as Petdag for HY is RM45. Will be holding for the long term RM45 soon.

Another example:

Netx

Cheap. Sifu calvin saysits cheap. Buy. Buy. 1.5 sen is cheap. Soon it will be 8 sen. Idiots sold at 1.5 sen. Don't know the value. Ah, you see. Told you so. Now is 2 sen. Very cheap. 2 sen what can go wrong at this price. 8 sen soon. 26 sen previous high will soon be reached. BUY. I ambuying. 2.5 sen. Soon you will have to buy at higher price. 3 sen, idiots missed buying at 1.5sen, 2 sen. I am now at 100% profit. Best company. Benefit hugely from NFCP. Soon 8 sen. Loom few hundred percent gains.

Price today is 1 sen. Ah my average cost price is slighly above 1 sen. I have averageddown. I sold at 1.5 sen and bought at 1 sen.. My cost is only slightly above 1 sen.



I have seen smart ass like these before. Avoid them. Raider cannot be trusted. Simple, lacks integrity.

Netx has issued so many new shares over the years.

Over the last 9 years, it has grown its outstanding shares at a compounding rate of 24% per year. Every 3 years, the number of outstanding shares double. Each time it doubles its outstanding shares, the existing shareholder's share got diluted 50%.

Over 9 years, it has increased its oustanding shares 2x2x2 = 8 times. The previous shareholders saw their ownership diluted (1/2)^3 = 1/8 times.


MOST REMARKABLY, DESPITE PUSHING SO MANY SHARES TO THE PUBLIC, THE CEO OWNED ZERO SHARES, until recently when he bought 1m share (RM 10,000), which is a meaningless amount. I think he bought this meaningless amount just to make the right issue prospectus looks better. However, do not be fooled.
