Yours news is not up to date, remember when there were rumours in Apr 19, LKH immediately denied involvement and the news came out. However, when the news come out in 31 Jul 19, it mentioned that the BM goes to Ekovest, LKH did not deny this time. Most likely ekovest got it, that why they did not deny unlike the 1st time when there were rumour

This project will still continue irregardless, this is a fact. It does not matter where the buyer are from, even if China dont buy, there are many oversea buyer who are willing to pay as long the BM is attractive

So many newspapers already ekovest is good, just hold on and wait for result
