Is not I say, official China news just came out and they mentioned reliable news and the reporter names is inside. All I can say is Ekovest share is at cost price of 80 cents. There is a 3rd party private placement buying ekovest share at 789 cents in early Apr 19. These insider may have news that ekovest was bidding and might have won Bm. Buying above that price is not recommended. But if ekovest won BM, profit margin is going to be very high for ekovest.

Not likely, last year ekovest plan to buy over iwcity share at $1.50 after they got the project. There are no benefit for ekovest to merge with iwcity, unless it benefits ekovest. Merging would means splitting profit with iwcity, unless they own iwcity a favour. In business, all are dollars and cents. It up to u to decide if iwcity is the right share to hold.

Iwcity higher chance to sub contract to ekovest, but not the other way round. Because iwcity main business is property investment, ekovest main business is construction.

Pandaman you are right. The scariest thing is that iwcity and ekovest is interlink. So all the earning and revenue can be be manipulated. Even if I earn, all the expenses go all out to iwcity, it would be no earning for share holder. Thus, they have a higher chance to manipulate which side they want to earn more
