Well, beauty in the eye of beholder.
Just need to watchout for anymore RPT like the one with Optima Mewah. Probably sold at cost price to his own private company which reap the most benefits for the gang.
Probably right to say while it has a golden egg, whether or not it can be shared or not is another matter altogether.
BTW, unrealized profit of 288m? What was that for?

Insas still lagging... if this time still cannot break RM1, I think will go back to 85-90cents. Inari still going strong.

It was a case of who made the right choice. I was looking at Insas and Inari but went with Insas instead due to lower P/E. Oh well, bought at 94cents and saw it sliding while Inari rally from 1.8x to 2.2x
Direct exposure still more attractive than holding company as is the case with FIMA and KFIMA I think.
