KSL target price was rm6+..at current half price at <rm2..its a cheap sale. Once next quater result out its beyond grab.

Screw Humsab sandwitch who wants to show off his smartness here..he has some inferiority complex issue for sure. Either he want ppl to sell so he can grab at cheaper price or he is jobless..regardless, stock market is not always green, everyone is good investor in bull run, but when bear run comes, thats when you know who is the little boy and who is the Man..

This stock is fundamentally sound with good amount of money invested into very good company..oil price up or down, its not effecting its business. In the end, fundamentally sound stock will perform well. Just need patience..when oil price stabilize those into this stock will have a big smile on their face. Definitely A bargain at current price. Any seasoned player will tell the same. Buy when its cheap..

97' was stock crisis, now is oil issue..the cost for OPEC to produce oil is cheaper than Fracking, fracking need more money to run in reality. Saudi just need to open tap and there is oil. Besides, our gov changed policy from totally dependant on oil money to depend on GST money..guess how much GST income they will get next year? Plus RPGT ETC...

Its abit late to use this, but I believe this sums it all up..most important is its land bank..Ksl already has advantage from this point onwards.most new comers pay hefty entry price bocoz of Iskandar thing..Just cheers and be happy if you bought this counter, coz it will be very rewarding.

If stupid OLH didnt manipulate the price, we will be singing jingle bell now. Its a good stock by Mr OTB with unforseen dirty play. Its property stock,property bound to gain from GST, hence higher asset value automatically.Cheaper oil means lower construction cost, lower ringgit= more foreign buyers. Definately good buy.

Cheap oil also means cheaper construction cost..its all plus point. Low ringgit means foreigners will prefer buy in this near future..most can buy above 1 mil property..so, if i am foreigner I ll buy definately buy coz of so much saving.

Buy KSL and keep..its property, cater to singaporean and Malaysian..KSl might not fly suddently but I know one thing, come GST..all its commercial land and property will be priced higher. Malaysian oil is better than Shale oil. Its rare high quality oil, which Shale oil cant replace. Plus Petdag income is also from petrol station..shale oil or not..they can always buy and sell at their station
