I collected vivocom from 0.04 until 0.005. and average around 0.02, when it spike to 0.08 I ran. but didnt expect it shoot up until RM0.18++. (after consolidation of 10 times.. RM1.80). I like to collect potential 10 x shares. the first i earned was from notion warrant. i collected at 0.04. but it should up til 0.45.. i missed it as i sold all at 0.12. This time IFCA i collected quite many during 0.23-0.26. but will hold as GST may come back anytime. not this year, but maybe end of next year.. IFCA will earn money before GST launch. It earn alot before it launch one. If 2025 launch. it earn a lot in 2024. except if GST only launch at 2026. then maybe this stock still have to wait.

No need argue, if gst launch, ifca will earn alot of profit. Many people do not understand how IFCA run the business. I attended the AGM and asked Top management before regarding this. GST not equal to IFCA. IFCA earning is because of changing the system either GST to SST or SST to GST. SST changing to GST will earn more because more businesses will involved. and many people mentioning government may not assign IFCA to be the one for GST. they're wrong also, IFCA is providing the system to their own customer base mainly. So, it is not by contract. If GST launch.
PE 20-30, IFCA will above RM0.80 at least but it take time.

The main holder will consider it because they will still become the small holders and they may get CNQC shares. Besides, vivocom future will be different if they willing to be their small shareholders. Just imagine, you are the main holder of a small company or you want to be a intermediate holder of a giant company.

limch, macq balance is around 50% left and it is different investors and going through different processes. MACQ is buying "new created shares". CNQC is not buying new shares, they are actually swapping shares with the main shareholders to gain control in vivocom.

For your information, open market do not have 30% of shares to buy, and CNQC want to buy at discount price. Normally such a huge amount of shares is not easy to transact through open market, that's why they have to go through private placement or share swapping and it is usually a complicated processes.

You're right. Today announcement is a good news for shareholder that both main shareholders are really serious about the deal. Think wisely you will know what to do.

The company is working well, so far nothing wrong. Just a simple mathematics for you Darth as this is the only answer I will give to you as you still suffering in this forum.

6 mil profits per quarter = share price should be around 0.13+-
10mil profits per quarter = price will be around 0.15+-
15mil profits per quarter = price will be around 0.18-0.22+-

This is just an example, and it is not confirmed true. It just to shows you what profits support what pricing in the market. Earn is earn, but 1 mil profit is different with 10 mil profit.
There are many other issues can add in to improve their price like their future earning visibility, news, contract value, global market. In fact, if vivocom do not have earning visibility or no hope at all, the price may just worth

6 mil profits per quarter = share price around 0.07+-

Therefore, do not simply comments, no one got hope with this company or keep asking non-related questions or repeat again all the questions. What you need is to wait patiently, see the director can realize what he planned so far.

Do not ask me question like what company worth what price even loss making, those companies just under goring or is being over optimistic.

For now, vivocom's price is shown and supported by the profits it made so far without any manipulation la or something. Orga, you're right , Technically, It should be stay above 0.125 to shows its uptrend reversal. Therefore, a pattern between 0.125-0.155 will repeat few times, it is a way for shark to collect more bullets and shake out most of the contra players (like teochew). Orga, the money generated from PP is not much in Q3, around 3-5millions and they may not really use all in Q3. Therefore, PP not really able to do something on Q3 performance. You can only able to see what is the progress of construction in Q3 results..

Darth, I listened to their talks before. What I get differently from others is he is telling that he will do what and have their target and just explained their future plan in 3-5 years. But I found that some of the analysts over promote it. That's why i didn't bought it at the moment. Company didn't lie to you, it is just that the price at that moment is over price. Directors will have their plan, but plan is just plan, you have to see either they can make it or not. Chinese words say, marry a wife no guarantee get baby.. This is the nature. So, as long as they trying to work out something, it is no 100% can, but you have to invest at your own risk. Tips to you: how much downside risk for you if they failed to do the plan.
