Actually,at the end of the day Datasonic did not get the contract. I am playing devils advocate. Fuelsubs is supposedly the front runner. The contractt between Datasonic and Fuelsubs is only valid if Fuelsubs wins the contract. What is stopping Fuelsubs from negotiating for higher $$$ with other contenders like Iris, POS, Dialog???? Possible but of course people who want to think one way would not want to accept the possibility.

My take on this whole subsidy business. One contact in Shell mentioned that diesel subsidy will be removed Oct 1st. Petrol not yet still hanging. In the first place, what is the point of having this fuel subsidy scheme??? Either you don't have subsidy or have subsidy across the board. No need for some and penalize the rest. Another crony making scheme.It will always be open for abuse. I ask my retired relatives to give me their myKad and buy subsidized fuel.
