I was doing a quick calculation. At 696 million market cap and current price of RM 1.54 and if OLH has 25% of PJDEV shares, he would need another 225 million shares to trigger mandatory offer. At 2 million shares a day with 5 working days over 90 days he would in theory have only 120 million shares. Looks like not possible. Also, the RHB-CIMB-MBSB merger will happen mid of 2015. OLH does not have the $$$ to fund this take over hence paying via issuance of OSKH shares. I hope he kicks the bucket before this happens. Trying to screw us over. Just hold and we will see it go up after next months 1/4 ly report and once the 90 days period is over.
