幸马泰15.5亿全购油气田2017年10月28日



（吉隆坡27日讯）幸马泰资源（SUMATEC，1201，主板贸服股）有意以3亿7000万美元（约15亿5400万令吉），再度收购石油勘探与生产公司，来取得Rakushechnoye油气田的拥有权。
该公司今日向交易所报备，与Markmore私人有限公司签署暂定协议，来收购Markmore能源（纳闽）有限公司（MELL）全数股权。


目前，幸马泰资源与MELL是联营关系，共同营运Rakushechnoye油气田，只能分享该油气田的50%净利。
此外，为了抵消2亿2610万令吉的累积损失，建议削资，之后将4股股票整合为1股。
发股筹15.2亿
该公司建议发附加股，筹最低15亿2190万令吉，收购MELL和哈萨克斯坦Rakushechnoye油气田的营运资本。
股东每持有2股，就可以认购15股新股。为了鼓励股东，每认购15股新股，可获得6张免费凭单和2股红股。
为了解决债务与财务责任，该公司建议发行最多15亿1200万股可赎回可转换优先股。
