Look at the positive side :- MK Land is in ZERO LOAN or NET CASH position !
If any recession / property crisis, they are the one who will SURVIVE !!
Since they are the "low cost developer king", which is recession proof products, they will DO WELL !
Remember last time during property down time in 2000-2003, MK Land performed brilliantly !! as they sells recession proof low-medium cost houses (maybe booming business in recession as more people have to sell high end houses to down grade !!)

Most of their businesses expose to retail-sales, auto, consumer products, gaming, property etc... shall be immune from oil crisis, or in fact might be benefited with lower transport cost / material cost ? Gaming, consumer products are even recession proof business ...

I think so, as BJ Corp do not involve in Oil & Gas sector at all or minimal exposure to palm oil (i think they just sold oil palm land recently), they shall not be affected by oil or CPO price's down trend.... that's why we need to standby our bullets already ....

According to him, BJ Corp is going to show good profit in the coming quarters (ending Jan, 15) as they sold down BJ Auto to become an associate and their gain in BJ Auto will be reported in profit & loss !! (easily 5-7 cent)

I analyze BJ Corp annual report again, and did not see even 'MOL.com' are their subsidiary or associate ?! What the F is 'deemed interest' means in Bursa rules or Companies Act ?
So I can only presume 'deemed interest' means by virtue of common shareholder in VT or VT's controlled company ! Or rather MOL global is not a sister company but a 'cousin' or '2nd / 3rd cousin' company !! Ha ha ha

If MOL Global is a subsidiary or associate of BJ Corp, why BJCorp never annouced the accounting issue of MOL in Bursa ? Nor even the IPO of MOL ! I believe this is a requirement in Bursa rules
In addition, whenever I read financial news regarding MOL, I never read sth like it is linked to BJCorp, they merely said VT & Johor Sultan are major shareholders
Somebody quoted me a para in their recent circular stated that MOL are subsidiary of BJ Corp, but after detailed analysis, it was stated as 'deemed interest' by virtue of BJ Corp holding around 36.96 % shares in MOL.com (in fact a subsidiary of MOL Global ?)
Therefore BJCorp is just a sister company of MOL Global ?! Then ONLY IF 'MOL.com' screwed up, BJ Copr will suffer loss ! Am I right ?
