This one I not very sure. It really depends on the CEO strategy to gain the market share. Not necessary that the best glove will sell the most. IT really depend on how their CEO implementing their strategy. It bought supermax because the low valuation and highly potential improved in their sales and profit as the share have been fall from RM3.04 to RM2.23. Other than that, they will increase the production from 5.4billion to 12
3billion.

Coming quarter revenue will improve to around 260mil and EPS will improve into about 4.5sen due to recover of Alor Gajah factory. It will be better compare to last quarter but I will be worse if u compare to last year which is 5.13sen and 330mil revenue. Last year price is stood at 2.5 to 2.8 after announcement of quarter result. Hence it is depends how you look on it. Quarter by quarter improvement or year by year profit drop. My cents here.

Invest in PE ratio 81? Are you kidding me? Currently this type of share trading around PE20. Mean that the company need to improve their earning by 400% in order to stay at the average market price.Now the economic still consider good. all the negative effect always price-in. See supermax PE lower than other glove company. Hence there was no more down side risk for the share. RM2.14 standing with PE11.79 which is much more lower than Kossan, Topglove and Harta. Now (June 2014) the production on Alor Gajah fully operated, hence the revenue will eventually go up. Other than that, i believe the production in Alor Gajah have been transform from labour dependant machine to automation machine which can save alot of labour cost. Hence i believe Supermax will come back in next or next 2quarter

Supermax is the 3th largest glove manifactory comany in the world.If really cost increase, you think they wont pass over the cost to buyer? You think this company stupid and will do loss business? Due to movement from LCCT to KLIA 2, the number of passenger will be increased eventually. KLIA 2 is a largest airport for budget airline in the world. Hence, eventually airasia will have more space for expanding their flight.Hence FY2014 and 2015 will eventually improved.
